A Minnesota boy who attended Wyo. Tech after high school. Came to CO after completing his ASE Master Cert. A mechanic for several Ft. Collins car dealerships, he came Ron's in 2013. He married his wife, Christian, in 2015.
Wes Pollacek
Service Manager
A Florida boy who moved to Colorado at 15. Attended the Front Range Community College for automotive. He's been with Ron's since 1999. Wes married his wife Jessie in 2003 and they have three kiddos now.
Nate Mayette
Sales Manager
Born and raised in Kersey, then attended NJC where he received his associate in production agriculture. He has an extensive background in farm and ranch work, and landed at Ron's in 2016.
Breanna Hoffman
Office Manager
Born and raised in Fort Collins, Breanna worked at Ron's while in high school and while earning her AA in Graphic Design at Front Range C.C. Take a look at our logo-Breanna designed it! She enjoys national and global travel, concerts, camping, fishing, hiking and paddleboarding. After years of exploring other careers, we're all glad she's back at Ron's!
Justin (JJ) Elley

Born in Ft. Collins, grew up in Windsor. Bachelor's degree in Business Management. Service advisor and service manager at Ft. Collins car dealership for 8 years. Certified oil field crane operator and truck driver for the last 2 years. Attended tractor shows every year since he was 5.
Mike Hatch
Mechanic
Hatch, as he's known, grew up in Illinois and came to Colorado in 2018. When he's not wrenching he enjoys hunting, fishing, hotrodding and flying airplanes. He comes to us with 15 years of diesel mechanic experience.
Keith Raper

Keith Raper is back with the team after a few years of being away. Born and raised in Colorado, he brings over 34 years of experience to the table and we are so excited to have him back. In his free time he enjoys hunting and fishing.

Born and raised in Prospect Valley, Matt's background is in farming and ranching. He has also worked in the oil and gas industry in the DJ Basin for many years. He is married, with 2 kids and 2 grandkids. They also live and farm in the Prospect Valley area.
Justin Ewing
Service Manager
Justin has been an Ag mechanic for over 10 years and comes to us from Prospect Implement. He also farms dryland wheat in the Prospect area. When he's not working on tractors or farming, he's spending time with family racing at the local dragstrip.
Greg Hines
Parts Asso.
Greg Hines moved to Colorado at age six, so he's almost a native. He's worked many jobs, including truck driver and branch manager for an auto auction for 12 years. He has a passion for working on classic cars and street rods.
Joshua Simpson
Service Tech
Joshua has been an Ag mechanic since 2000 with a passion for maintaining, rebuilding and fixing all tractors. He thrives on getting his customers up and running as soon as possible. He joins us from Prospect Implement. We look forward to continuing to build our business with Joshua on board.

Paul is known as the set up dude. He was born and raised in Hudson, Co. He enjoys wood working and building computers, and is an aspiring diesel mechanic.
