POWERFUL, EFFICIENT ENGINE

• Power for the MF 9S is delivered by the dependable 6-cylinder, 8.4-litre AGCO Power engine. This employs a simplified system

TANK CAPACITY TO KEEP YOU GOING

• A 660 litre capacity fuel tank and as well as a 68-litre AdBlue tank, hold more than enough to keep you going through long working days, without the need for refills, which increases convenience and cuts downtime.

MAXIMUM POWER WITH A BOOST

• Maximum power is now attained at just 1,850 rpm, which helps save fuel while reducing noise and wear. Engine Power Management (EPM) boosts power by up to 30 hp and generates up to 150 Nm of extra torque.

AUTOMATIC MODE

• Automatic Mode allows operators to use the Multipad lever or foot pedal to alter forward speed. It automatically sets the optimum engine rpm according to the load and speed, providing smooth operation withl fuel economy.

POWER CONTROL LEVER

• Exclusive, simple, the unique MF Power Control lever provides straightforward three-in-one operation. Leaving your right hand free to use any implement hydraulics.

FINGERTIP MULTIPAD LEVER CONTROL

• The Multipad lever operates the transmission as well as controlling cruise control, the rear linkage, PTO and headland management. Further enhancing operation is an integrated micro-joystick that controls the spool valves.

• Weighing up to 3.1 t less than others in this sector, the MF 9S offers the best-in-class power to weight ratio, which helps reduce soil compaction and save fuel. The lighter tractor can also carry larger payloads for transport.

• Its intuitive operation makes it the easiest to use transmission, helping drivers to quickly become familiar with it, enabling them to optimise performance.

CENTRAL TYRE INFLATION SYSTEM

• The Central Tyre Inflation System option quickly adjusts pressures to the optimum settings to help increase traction and reduce compaction, taking just four minutes to set up pressures in typical VF 710/75R42 + VF 620/75R30 tyres from 0.8 bar to 1.6 bar.

ADJUST THE TYRE PRESSURE TO SUIT

• The Central Tyre Inflation System is proven to reduce fuel consumption by 10% to 15%, as well as cut compaction by providing up to a 150% larger footprint. At the same time it can increase traction and reduce unnecessary tyre wear.

TIGHT TURNING RADIUS

• Excellent manoeuvrability is ensured thanks to the sculpted chassis and bonnet design, which enables the strong, suspended front axle to provide a tight turning radius of just 5.75 m (depending on tyre choice).

SPEEDSTEER FOR FASTER TURNS

• Speedsteer reduces operator effort and provides faster turns to boost productivity. It enables the operator to adjust the steering ratio and reduce the number of turns of the steering wheel required for a given amount of steering angle turns.

BALLAST BOOSTS FLEXIBILITY

• New ballasting options, including the ability to fit up to four wheel weights on each side, can increase the total weight to 18.5 t. This flexibility allows operators to select the right amount of ballast to exactly suit the job.

WHEELBASE ENHANCES STABILITY

• A 3.1 m long wheelbase provides superb stability helping to maintain high levels of traction in the field, while requiring less ballast for balance and providing greater comfort for transport work.

SUSPENDED FRONT AXLE

• A new, stronger suspended front axle offers exceptional stability for road work and for operating mounted equipment at speed. It also provides greater traction, comfort and safety for the driver, which increases productivity.

WIDE CHOICE OF TYRE SIZES

• All models can be equipped with a wide choice of factory-fitted tyre types and sizes, which now goes up to the 2.18 m diameter VF 750/70R44 for optimum field traction and less soil compaction.

CONTROL CENTRE ARMREST

• The new control centre armrest fitted with the latest easy-to-use MultiPad lever provides complete fingertip control. This ISOBUS compatible lever operates all the tractor functions and includes an integral micro-joystick to control two spool valves.

MODERN ELECTRIC MIRROR DESIGN

• Electrically adjustable and de-icing mirrors are fitted as standard. These come with adjustable top and lower sections to reduce blind spots. To further improve visibility and safety is an optional electric telescopic extension.

Productivity

EFFICIENT HYDRAULICS

• An uprated Eco, closed-centre hydraulic system delivers 205 litres/min at just 1,650 rpm, which helps save fuel and cut noise levels. An electrical joystick provides fingertip control of three spool valves with decompression levers.

HIGH OUTPUT DUAL PUMP

• To meet the hydraulic demands of modern, complex implements is a new dual, closed-centre pump option. This generates 340 litre/min at 1,650 rpm, and is available with up to nine fully configurable and customisable spool valves.

5 T CAPACITY FRONT LINKAGE

• To further enhance productivity is the 5 t capacity front linkage, with a choice of one or two spool valves with a free return along with an ISOBUS socket and control panel. This is also available with the option of a PTO.

STANDARD TWO-SPEED PTO

• Standard 540 Eco /1,000, with the option of 1,000/1,000 Eco. Speeds are achieved at low engine rpm, to improve fuel economy and help to reduce in-cab noise levels.

POWERFUL REAR LINKAGE

• Ultimate Draft Control provides precise operation of the 12 t lift capacity heavy duty rear linkage offering accurate depth settings and better ground contour following. A new top link option with a 120 mm diameter ram increases lift capacity to 20 t.

• Closed centre load sensing system comes with power beyond facility with extra flow and return pipes to providing additional flow directly from the pump. This provides 101 litres of exportable flow to increase capacity.

MF SECTION CONTROL

• With the fully automatic MF Section Control for ISOBUS implements, operators can apply seeds, fertilizer or crop protection products without overlapping. This prevents double treatment and areas worked outside of the field edges.

MF TASK DOC

• The MF Task Doc system has a real place in the future of agriculture, helping farmers to become more productive through the knowledge brought by putting precision-measured data at the business owner’s fingertips.

MF GUIDE

• MF Guide is MF’s full featured, hands free steering system, available on new tractors or as an after-market installation. It is capable of delivering sub-metre, decimetre and centimetre accuracy, increasing the efficiency of your farming.

DATATRONIC 5

• ​​​​​​​The Datatronic 5, touch-screen terminal, does not only manage the tractor functions, but it allows a complete control of all ISOBUS compatible implements. It also give access to the radio functions, permit to receive and make calls, and other functions.

FIELDSTAR 5

• ​​​​​​​With the optional Fieldstar 5 terminal, you can double your screen and manage all the relevant MF Technologies. It also allows you to simultaneously display your ISOBUS screen and guidance, for example.

MF VDISPLAY

• ​​​​​​​The MF vDisplay digital dashboard shows all the tractor information at a glance. Easy to read and with intuitive operation, its clear display can be personalised and changed by simply scrolling through settings with a rotary knob by the steering wheel.

AUTOMATIC HEADLAND TURNS

• ​​​​​​​MF AutoTurn automates the headland turn, automatically steering the tractor the  next wayline. Operators can choose from three different steering modes to suit the implements being used and the type of work.

It also introduces new advanced automation options like MF AutoTurn and AutoHeadland for hands-free headland turns. The new ISOBUS TIM – Tractor Implement Management system automatically manages the tractor’s functions, such as the forward speed and hydraulics.
