These versatile breakers are fully approved and tested for flow, pressure, compatibility and fitment, as part of every machine development programme we carry out. This in turn means each unit is CE marked as appropriate.

Key points about all contractor breakers

• Breakers are supplied ‘ready to go’ with hoses*, hanger bracket and moil tool
• *Universal models are available without hanger brackets or hoses to support customers with mixed fleets
• Accumulators ensure that machines are completely protected from hydraulic pressure spikes
• Internal control valves deliver higher efficiency and are far less vulnerable than competitors products featuring external units
• Available as side mount, top mount or universal for non JCB machinery
• Vibro isolation rubber buffers absorb repercussion from hammering, to reduce damage to the carrier
• Auto greasing as standard on the HM080T and larger breakers
• To reduce blank firing, there’s an auto-stop feature from HM080T and above models. This prevents inexperienced operators from causing unnecessary wear and damage to the breaker
• Stroke adjusters on the HM054T allow operators to adjust the tool speed and stroke length for increased productivity
• Twin oval tool retaining pins deliver double the service life of a standard pin
• Rock claw with anti abrasion tool made from Hardox steel, for shifting material in readiness for breaking
• Comes with gas charging kit, unless stated otherwise
• For total peace of mind each Contractor Breaker comes with a 3 year warranty.
