The MX-Magnum line has established itself as a popular and reliable work horse in the large row-crop segment. LAFORGE has been providing market leading front hitch solutions for over 30 years for CASE-IH tractors and the preceding brands (CASE and IH). HDI is a premium heavy-duty system for these large tractors. Its designed to be able to handle demanding applications such as primary tillage implements and dozer blades, as well as very intensive usage with other implements. Its a standard Cat.3N system, so it can be used for virtually any application on the farm.

The HDI design really only has one(1) moving part in addition to the cylinders.This makes it extremely rugged and reliable. It is the preferred hitch model for strip-till, or bedding up (listing) of raised beds in ridge-till or vegetable operations for example.

A re-inforcing mid-frame(patent pending) with a rear pushbar structure is protecting the tractor frame from undue stress caused by heavy loads and intensive (pushing) forces. As of 2011, CASE-IH requires a forward pushbar to be installed when tractors are used for dozer blades. As a matter of fact, it is the preferred way of attaching a dozer blade to these tractors, because of the superior ground clearance and compact design compared to traditional dozer designs with a belly-frame.
